The check-in staff were very friendly, the room was comfortable & clean, the pillows were plentiful & comfy, the bed was just right & the warm cookies were the best I've ever eaten. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet, good choices.
Upon arrival at sfo, the shuttle bus driver was very late & almost got to the hotel, but forgot some passengers & had to head back to the airport to let them depart. I'm sure this was a once in a million occurence. The hair dryer in the room was very weak. The tv shut off at times, for no apparent reason. The phone had alot of static.

This place is brand-new and I had a very comfortable 3-night stay in a remote location with a restaurant for dinner. Rewritten: This hotel is new, and I had a very comfortable 3-night stay in a quiet location with a restaurant available for dinner.

This is definitely a very nice hotel. The rooms are luxurious. It was quiet, even though it is very near the airport, I didn't have any problems with airplane noises. Compared to other hotels of this quality, the basic price is good. As a little extra, the hotel had a note waiting for me welcoming me as a Hilton Honors member even though I had not notified them of that.
The hotel charges for parking! I have only had to do this in major downtown hotels in San Francisco, but didn't expect this outside of town. I didn't know anything about this until I finished paying for my room on Booked.net. Booked.net said that it would cost $16.00 but the hotel charged me $18.00. There was a charge for internet in the room. Even low end hotels provide this for free. You need to factor this into your room cost.

We visited San Fran as tourists and to see a ball game. The rooms were very comfortable, location was ideal and breakfast a nice bonus (not great, but certainly better than many). The $16 parking charge was a pain - but we would certainly use this hotel again.
Just the parking charge!

Modern, nicely furnished rooms with a fridge which is a plus. 🌟 Also, it's conveniently situated near the Burlingame Soccer Complex.

The bedding & linens were great. The price was also great (except for parking)
The tile caulking in bath looked like mildew. I was disappointed in the individual a/c - thought Doubletree would be central a/c.

Great value and location but room was dirty, old soap bar was left on sink and shower curtain smelled bad

The lobby was nice, staff professional, room clean, comfortable bed and pillows.
We were under the impression there would be a microwave and frig. Also the parking fee was news. Bathroom tile cracked and rust stain under the toilet in room 319.

The rooms very clean and tidy staff were excellent hotel easy to find excellent shuttle bus
The Hilton has just been renovated but the dinning area was like eating in a warehouse, dinning staff walking about in denims Dinner was terrible Should have gone to the elephant restaurant 500 yards along the road (next to the vagabond hotel but don’t stay there) that is a fantastic restaurant with great views.
